Paper Registration- For those wishing to register by mail or those using doggie dollars, the paper registration form can be found at: Paper Event Registration

Paper Entry Form fees may be paid by cash or check made out to CKCOJ and arrive by 5:00 PM, May 1st. 2026

For Paper Entry Forms and payment mail to:

*Out Of Town Entries*: Emailed entry forms will be accepted from out-of-town entries. Payment from out-of-town entries is due before the beginning of the 1st trial in which the exhibitor is entered.

If Using Doggie Dollars

Doggie Dollars may be used to pay up to 50% of the entry fees.  Include the doggie dollars with your paper registration and payment

Refund Policy

No refunds are given for cancellations after the entry closing date. Exceptions will be made in the following cases:

• Trial Secretary or Chair is notified in writing PRIOR to the entry closing date
• Female is in heat and cannot attend the event
• Event is cancelled
• Injury or contagious illness (CKCoJ may require veterinary confirmation)
• Death of a dog
