Welcome to the Capital Kennel Club of Juneau website. Check out all the training and canine information we have to offer. Become a supporting member and participate in the many activities we have throughout the year. If you are a new dog owner, then we have many resources to help you and your friend. If you are a seasoned dog owner, we offer intermediate and advanced practices and UKC and NADAC trials locally.

AKC Scent Work Seminar - Jul 2023
This is a in person continuation of the AKC Scent Work Online Class from April 2023.
You must have completed the April AKC Scent Work Online Class to register.
The seminar will be in person with up to 10 handlers with their dog. A combination of lecture and working dogs on scent work. Seminar will likely have both an indoor and outdoor component so come dressed for the weather. Handlers should bring treats for their dog as well as have a crate to put their dog during lectures and for breaks. Handlers will need to bring their own chairs and water.
