Open to the public for $150.00 for six sessions.

This class introduces the competitive obedience environment, allowing dogs and handlers to gain confidence and experience working as a team.  The class will focus on strengthening the bond and communication between the handler and their dog in an indoor structured setting.

• All exercises are performed on a six-foot leash. 
• Handlers are permitted to talk to, praise, and give extra commands to their dogs during and between exercises.

The class includes learning basic obedience exercises such as:

• Heel on Leash (using the "L" pattern), Serpentine Loop 3 Cones, Sit for Exam, Down Stay, Straight Recall, Figure Eight, Stand for Exam, Down Stay/Walk Away, Sit Stay, Recall over High Jump 

Prerequisites: Dog must already know "sit" and not be reactive to other dogs
