Nosework Judge for the June Trial, Caroline Oldham, is offering a 2-hour Nosework Handler Mini Workshop for Elite Handlers.  Participants will work with their dogs, practicing Elite searches with coaching.  Elite searches are complicated because the handler doesn’t know how many hides (can be 1-4) must call “finish” before the time ends, but is not given a 30-second warning.  Elite hides can be high, low in cracks, covered, and require dogs to have the stamina and motivation to continue to search.

Working spot participants have the opportunity to learn best practices while working on searches and receiving personal coaching.  This workshop is geared toward handlers at the "Elite" level.
